One Claude Project that holds your positioning, buyer pains and writing rules

Who it's for

B2B founders who post on LinkedIn to attract buyers

What they report

Matt Savarick says the setup takes about 2 hours to build and saves 45 minutes every day. He says Claude writes the draft, and he chooses the hooks, edits every post and decides what to publish.

Example

Savarick says he stopped staring at a blank page for 45 minutes every morning and now starts with a draft that sounds like him and maps to what his buyers care about.

How to do it

  1. Write your positioning in one paragraph: who you help, what problem you solve, why you.
  2. List your buyer's top 5 pain points. Problems, not features.
  3. Write your rules: sentence length, words you never use, how you open, how you close.
  4. Write 10 to 12 core beliefs you would defend in any room. These become your content pillars.
  5. Upload all of it into one Claude Project. Start every post from inside that project.

Use the files in this project: my positioning, my buyer's top 5 pains, my writing rules, and my core beliefs. Write a LinkedIn post about: [topic or story in 2-3 sentences]. Before drafting: 1. Name which pain and which core belief this post serves. 2. Give me 5 hook options, each under 12 words. Wait for me to pick a hook. Then write the post: - Follow my writing rules exactly. - Under [200] words. - One idea. One concrete example from what I told you. No invented numbers or client stories. - End with [a question / a soft CTA to my offer].
