Who it's for

Founders with recorded sales calls who want ads that sound like their buyers

What they report

No metric reported. Jay Yang shared this as his favorite AI copywriting use case: download all sales calls, run them through AI to find patterns, then say what people say on calls back to them in ads.

Example

Jay Yang's example. Call quote: 'I wanna make money while not sacrificing time with my kids.' Ad hook: 'If you're a mom who feels like you're choosing between being present and making money, you don't have to choose.'

How to do it

  1. Export transcripts from your last 20 to 50 sales calls.
  2. Ask for recurring desires, fears and exact phrases, with quotes.
  3. Pick phrases that show up across many calls.
  4. Write hooks that mirror the phrase back to the reader.
  5. Test them against your current best ad.

Below are transcripts from [N] sales calls with prospects for [offer]. 1. List the 10 most repeated desires, fears and frustrations. For each, give 2-3 exact quotes and how many calls it appeared in. 2. Pull the 15 most vivid exact phrases prospects used about their situation. 3. For the top 5 patterns, write 3 ad hooks each that say the prospect's words back to them. Keep their wording. Under 25 words. No claims about results unless I add them.
