Founders who write a weekly newsletter and want 2 to 3 social posts a day from it
No metric reported. Dan Koe says he runs each newsletter through a 'deep post generator' that returns the five most compelling post ideas plus paradoxes, key quotes, a transformation arc, core problems, examples, objections, action steps and aspirational statements. He writes the posts himself from those building blocks.
Koe built the list by asking a model to break down social posts he liked; it found that many had paradoxes and counterintuitive truths, transformation arcs, core problems, examples, objections, action steps or aspirational statements.
Read the newsletter below. Do not write posts. Break it into building blocks I can write from: 1. The 5 most compelling ideas that could each become a standalone post. 2. 3 core paradoxes or counterintuitive truths. 3. 5 key quotes or lines worth reusing as-is. 4. The transformation arc (before state, turning point, after state). 5. The core problems or pain points it addresses. 6. Key examples and stories used. 7. Objections a skeptical reader would raise. 8. Action steps. 9. 3 aspirational statements. Use only what's in the newsletter. NEWSLETTER: [paste]
