Who it's for

Founders with existing sales who want to tighten their sales page

What they report

No metric reported. Josh Spector says he asks everyone who buys two questions right after purchase and gives hundreds of answers to AI to review his sales page and point out messaging he is missing.

Example

Spector's two questions: 1. 'Why did you buy NOW?' 2. 'What almost prevented you from buying?'

How to do it

  1. Add the two questions to your post-purchase page or onboarding email.
  2. Export answers once you have 50+.
  3. Paste the answers and your current sales page.
  4. Ask what the page underplays, what it never mentions, and which objections go unanswered.
  5. Rewrite those sections using buyers' own words.

Below are [N] answers from buyers to two questions: 'Why did you buy NOW?' and 'What almost prevented you from buying?' Below that is my current sales page. 1. Group the 'why now' answers into themes. Show counts and 2 exact quotes per theme. 2. Group the 'almost didn't buy' answers the same way. 3. For each theme, tell me whether my sales page covers it well, weakly, or not at all. Quote the relevant line from the page if it exists. 4. List the 5 changes most likely to help, using buyers' exact words where possible. BUYER ANSWERS: [paste] SALES PAGE: [paste]
