Busy founders who have ideas but no time to write, and hate AI-sounding posts
No metric reported. Alex Lieberman (co-founder of Morning Brew, now at Tenex) walked through his 'Content Machine' live on How I AI: an Oracle that scans internal systems and the internet for content spikes, an interview panel that pulls out his real ideas, Markdown voice and style files, a writer's council that scores and revises drafts, and a lessons file that learns from his feedback. He argues the interview step, not the drafting step, is where slop comes from.
Lieberman answers the panel's questions out loud using Wispr Flow. The draft is written from his spoken answers and his voice file, then the council scores and revises it before he sees it.
Read voice.md, style.md and lessons.md before doing anything. TOPIC: [the spike, e.g. 'we lost our biggest client and rebuilt onboarding'] PHASE 1 - INTERVIEW. Ask me 6 questions, one at a time, to pull out specifics only I know: what happened, the number, the moment it turned, what I believed before, what I believe now, who this helps. Push back if an answer is vague. PHASE 2 - DRAFT. Write a LinkedIn post using only my answers. Match voice.md. No invented facts. PHASE 3 - COUNCIL. Score the draft 1-10 from each of these readers, with one line of reasoning before each score: a skeptical buyer, a peer founder, a copy editor, a scroller who reads only the first two lines. Revise once based on the weakest score. Show me the final draft and the scores. When I edit your draft, tell me what my edits reveal and propose one new line for lessons.md.
